Gong Gong Comes to New York

Imagining a more mythic journey of my Grandfather when he left his home in China for better opportunities in the United States, and specifically New York City.

That's an amazing illustration Jenn! I'm glad to see some of the work you've been doing in Hong Kong. You've learned a great deal about traditional chinese painting and starting to merge it with your western education. Good job!

Jenn! - it's Tuan. Don't ask me how i found your blog - I'm just very good at online stalking. But wow, these illustrations/drawings are fantastic. I hope you find an official venue or showing for them and for your overall project on your mother's history in HK before you leave. This place desperately needs an art scene.

you must get in touch when you're back in Hong Kong. We've shared a few employers.
